How to use and recipes

Pour 8-10 drops into a diffuser. It will perfume and disinfect the atmosphere. It will liberate the respiratory system and stimulate you mentally.

Add 2-3 drops of rosemary essential oil along with the shampoo, every time you bathe. Massage lightly into the hair roots, as the foam is created. It will give shine, natural scent and will stimulate the scalp.

If your hair is dull, weak or you have symptoms of dry skin on the scalp, you can create a beneficial aromatherapy oil. Apply it on the entire surface of the head by making a light massage and at the end you pass all the hair. Leave the oil for a few hours and then bathe with a suitable shampoo. This will fight dry skin, will strengthen the roots of your hair.

Create an easy anti-lice mix for kids. You will put 2-3 drops of it behind their ears. In 8ml almond oil add 8 drops of lavender and 8 drops of rosemary.

You can make a massage oil that you will use when you feel physically tired or have flu symptoms. In 30ml of almond oil add 12 drops of rosemary.
