How to use and recipes

For spiritual stimulation but also bactericidal and insect repellent action, we put 5-6 drops of thyme in the burning device of essential oils.

For colds, tonsillitis, cough but also for bleeding gums, bad breath, mouth ulcers and sores, gargle by dissolving 1-2 drops of thyme in 1 cup of warm water. In addition, for the common cold, put 1 liter of hot water with 3-4 drops of thyme in a bowl and inhale for 10 minutes.

To reduce hair loss and dandruff, add 10-15 drops of thyme in 100ml shampoo or hair mask. The mixture also helps in the growth and strengthening of the hair.

As a tonic, disinfectant and insect repellent, put 15-20 drops of thyme in a bottle with 250ml of water, shake it and spray the area.

For rubbing on the chest, dissolve 10 drops of thyme essential oil in 20 ml of almond oil or sunflower oil.

For the stings, mix 10 drops of thyme essential oil with 20 ml of water.

Preparation of massage oil: Dissolve 10 drops of thyme essential oil and lavender oil in 25 ml of almond oil or sunflower oil. Massage will help with fatigue, colds and runny nose. It will stimulate blood circulation and reduce fever.

Caution

Pregnant women should avoid using it as it can help increase blood flow to the uterus, which in turn can weaken the wall that surrounds the fetus inside the uterus.

The use of essential oil during breastfeeding is not recommended.

In very large doses it causes overactive thyroid gland with vomiting, diarrhea and dizziness.
